Greatest Dad Ever!!

Fathers day is wonderful. Koriann and Aspen are pretty darn lucky, they have an awesome dad. I really do feel bad for the children who get stuck with dead beat dads. Zeke is very loving and patient with his girls, me included. He would do anything for his 2 little girls. We love him so much and are so grateful for all the hard work he does for us. Zeke really makes my life easier because he is always helping with the kids, no matter what it is! Some of my favorite things he has done for the girls is, braid Koriann hair, paint toenails, change and feed Aspen without me asking him too, and I could list a million more if I wanted to. We love you Zeke and are so lucky to have you. Happy Father's Day!!

OuR GiRlS!!

Koriann wanted to wear boots this day and she didn't care who's they were.
Is was pretty quite one afternoon in the kitchen and this is what I came upon. So sweet!!
I think the cutest outfit on babies is white onesies. We love her so so much!!
She has long skinny feet just like her big sister.
How can she be 1 month already? Her hair is still as crazy as ever, but I love it!!

I am seriously loving summer this year, along with every other year. Koriann is having so much fun.. She could live outside if I let her. Anytime Aspen closes her eyes she asks if we can play outside. It has been so nice to have a baby in the summer, we can actually go outside and enjoy the weather from the patio and not be stuck inside all day. Aspen is getting to big way to fast. It make me so sad, but I do love the milestone that come with every stage. Aspen stared to give real smiles around her 1 month old mark, yep real smiles no gas involved! They are the cutest things ever. Zeke has been super busy with the garden and yard. He is always thinking of what to do next. Plus he is swamped with work and doing his boots, but he still always manages to find time to play with his girls. I on the other hand have just been enjoying the girls and the fun that comes along with it. Having 2 kids really isn't as hard as I thought and what everybody says. Maybe because I got lucky and have really easy going children. I love them so much and are so grateful to have them in my life everyday!! We love you Koriann and Aspen so so much!

Pics of our Aspen

I love taggies clothing I think they are absolutely adorable clothes.

I can't seem to get enough of her hair, It is so beautiful and she has so much.

Is there anything more precious than a sleeping baby?

We are absolutely in love with our Aspen. She is such a good baby and only cries when she is hungry or wet. She sleeps around 4-5 hours at a time in the night. which is a relief because Koriann was and still is a horrible sleeper. Aspen snores so loud when she sleeps it keeps me awake at night. The other morning Koriann came and sleep in bed with a for awhile and she along with Zeke and Aspen was all snoring, I was like crap, how am I suppose to get any sleep now!! But I wouldn't trade my family for anything. I love them all so much and am so grateful for Zeke and the great father he is to his little girls.

Sisterly Love!!

Doing Aspen's hair, who doesn't love their hair brushed.

Koriann seems so big now, she is getting cuter and funnier everyday.

I am absolutly in love with my two girls and couldn't be happier right now. Koriann is so sweet with Aspen and just loves on her, maybe a little bit to much. Koriann's favorite thing to do is brush Aspen hair and put headbands on her. If Aspen's binkie pops out Koriann is right there to assist Aspen in putting it back in. Koriann gets so concerned when her little sister cries, I am just glad that she loves Aspen. I hope these two become really close friends, they say sisters make the best friends, we shall see. I was just stuck with brothers, but I absolutely love it and every single one of them!!

Fruits of our Labor!!!

This is only 1/3 of what we have done and the fruit leather is still drying. I love homemade anything.

Ok so we have been super busy just adjusting to life as a family of four that we haven't been doing alot of big projects. But I bought a whole case of strawberries for $7, yes that's right $7. Zeke wasn't very happy about it until I told him I was going to make jam and fruit leather, then he got all excited and said we should get 2 more cases. I was like hold on there nellie, you didn't want any in the first place. But I guess me and Koriann will share with him. It wasn't actually as bad as I remember. I can't wait to start eating it and we should have enough to last for quite a while.
