Little Sickie

 I love how this little girl is attached to blankies and stuffed animals!!  They have to be her horsey, her doggie, and her most favorite one is her Scout dog, if she doesn't have them watch out!!

Aspen has been down and out with a cold this last week, and now we all have it. ECK!!  I really really hate when my kids are sick, i feel so bad for them.  On day Aspen had her night and days mixed up and was just going strong at 3 AM while everyone else slept.  Even when she is sick she never gets grumpy and is still her happy smiley self.  Plus she just wants to cuddle 24/7.

Week in Moab!!

 We all had so much fun in Moab, except we were missing our daddy something fierce by the end of the trip.  I really think Koriann highlight was just being outside 24/7 and having 2 other people to entertain her/play with her.  Grandpa and Grandma moved to the cutest little house and it has the best backyard around.  There is trees and porches and the best part is is pretty much shaded throughout the day.  Grandpa started building a tire swing for the girls and Koriann was so freakin' excited.  She just couldn't wait for it to be finished and wanted to just play on it right away.

 Aspen was just loving having Grandma to hold and love on her anytime she wanted.

 Grandpa had to use his climbing gear to finish anchoring the swing up.  It was so cute Koriann just watched him so intently and never took her eye off of him.

 Aspen just was her cute little self the whole time we were there.  She really is a wanderer and has no fear about going off and playing by herself.

 Tire swing is finally up and oh man did Koriann LOVE it!!

 Koriann also was able to help her grandpa mow the lawn on her tractor.  She was so excited but by the end I think the novelty had worn off and she was just bored with it.

 But I think her all time favorite part was bossing the dogs around.  She was out playing/bossing them around every waking minute.  First thing in the morning she had to go say hi to them before eating breakfast.  I really wish we could find the perfect dog for her, and I really want a beagle.

 The kids had to have showers every night because they played so hard and were covered in dirt by nighttime.  Cute little Aspen has some fierce little duck tales, and they are so stinkin' cute.  We Love them!!

 Koriann also picked some grapes and tried to eat them, but they were to bitter and she had a slight allergic reaction to them.  But she still continued to pick bags of them everyday.

We are so happy that Grandpa and Grandma moved down there, now we just need to find a way to get down there also.  One day we even ventured to see girls other Grandparents and they had so much fun while we were there.  Is is so nice to have both families down there and then it makes it easier for use to see everyone more often.  We also was able to visit with the Laws' and oh boy did Koriann have fun with all those cousins around.  WE can't wait till next time, it will be even better that daddy will be coming with us!!

Who needs a water park?!!

 Aspen LOVED just sitting on the slip 'n' slid, Koriann didn't like that so much and made her move.  It is so funny to watch Koriann slide down that thing, it makes me laugh every time.

 One day Koriann was just dead set on using her lion floaty to go swimming.  I told her we would need to go to the big pool for that and her reply was "I can make it work here mommy."  Oh how I love the mind of this little girl.  So she filled the pool clear up and set to jumping in her floaty and swimming around.  She had so much fun!!

 She could care less if she is in a big pool or in her backyard!!  Koriann hardly ever cries and complains and just is very easy going overall.

Our girls have had so much fun this year in the backyard.  I LOVE that they just need some water and everything is great.  Plus they only seem to want to stay in the water for about 2-3 hours then they are done. So it works out well and we have saved money by not going to the rec center and all the water parks this summer.  I do really wish that they had a splash pad around here though.

County Fair 2012

 Koriann was so FREAKIN' EXCITED to see the piggies!!  She seriously has been talking about them forever and wants one in her back yard.  We spent at least a good half hour looking at just the pigs, and then when we were finished looking at all the animals Koriann walked over to the pigs and said" By little pigs I will miss you so so much"  it was so freaking cute.

 Aspen LOVED every single animal and couldn't stop smiling when she would get close to them.

 Giving some loves to the lambs.  This fair has so many animals and the sale every year is really good.  I guess it really does pays to be out in the oilfield.

 Korianns' favorite part of the carnival was the slides, she seriously spent 2 hours going up and down those things.

Aspen loved the lizard and dolphin she won in the duck pond.  She hasn't let go of those things for the last week.  We can't wait until our girls are old enough to do fair, they are going to LOVE it.

UBIC 2012

 LOVE these 3 cuties all dressed up for the parade.

 Koriann waved to every single float that went by.

 Koriann really LOVED this drill team float.  She was following them up the street.

 I thought this one was really neat, the old hurst.

 Just trying to keep up and collect as much candy as possible.

We had an awesome time at the parade this year.  It is seriously the best parade EVER!!   The girls got so much candy.  Aspen caught on very quickly to the whole pickin' up candy.  Koriann was having the time of her life, and ended up with 1 1/2 bags of candy, mostly due to our friends 3 boys who helped the girls out.  I LOVE how out here they don't skimp on candy.  I just wish it wasn't scorching hot for the time that we was there.  We just wish we would have gotten to see fireworks, kinda sad that we didn't get to see any this year!!

Morning horse ride

 These 2 seriously can;t stay away from any horse, they see one and just have to play with it!!  Zeke trimmed and pulled shoes off them and then wanted to ride them.  Koriann was excited and LOVES to drive.  We were standing in the gate as she was coming back and she told us" Watch out, get out of our way"!!  I love her so stinkin' much.

 LOVE this little honey bee!!

 Aspen was excited when it was her turn to ride.  She was loving it just as much as Koriann.  I don't know who was having more fun though, seriously though Zeke loves to take his girls on the horses and I love that he does things like this for them.
