Day Dreaming

These 2 seriously spend so much time outside.  I literally have to drag them in kicking and screaming, even when it is 100+ degrees outside.  But they are smart little turd and spend a lot of time in the shade, mostly talking about the lizard in the tree.  Koriann will sit and tell stories to Aspen out there and it is just so stinking cute!!  Sometimes she will just sit and ponder, the best though was when she was so tired and about tip over.

 

Our big girl

Quinn is growing way to fast, it seriously breaks my heart.  I feel as if though time is going more quickly with her than it did with the other 2 girls.  Quinn is the happiest baby EVER!! no really I mean it.  She is always smiling and laughing.  Her older sisters love her and just want to play with her all the time.  Quinn she hold a very special place in our hearts and we can't imagine life with out you!!

 

No good, Bad day

Aspen was kinda having a hard day, just everything was break down central for her.  It was mostly due to lack of sleep.  I was feeding Quinn and after I was done went to go find Aspen and she had made herself right at home on our bed.  She was sound asleep and didn't move for about 5 hours, poor thing was exhausted!!

 

Eatin Peas

 

 

Our garden produced quite a bunch of peas this year and Aspen would just devour them as fast as she could.  Best part was she would just run, grab some from her dad and just plop right down and start munchin' away.  I love that all my girls are such fresh veggie eaters.  Plus kids eating from the garden is adorable!!

Bowling

 

Koriann lately has become fixated on bowling.  She ask almost every day to go.  Usually her and her dad go but this time it was just me and her.  It was so stinkin' fun!!  Koriann is really funny to watch, her facial expressions just kill me!!  She seriously almost beat me, and I was trying my hardest to get a good score.  I am just really that bad. 

 

Half a Year

Pure happiness is the smile of a six month old.  I really believe that the six month mark is my favorite baby stage, at least till we hit next month.  Quinn has the cutest and I mean cutest personality!!!  She is always smiling and just happy as can be.

 

At six months Quinn:

 

Weight 14 LBS 1 oz

Length is at 26 1/4 Inches

Tried rice cereal for the first time.  Quinn was not impressed by any means, but she was willing to go through the motions with us.

Still has the cutest little dimple on her right cheek

LOVES her sleep

Still has no teeth

LOVES sweet potatoes

Hardly ever cries

Full on belly giggles

Can scoot across the floor

Rolls both ways and to where ever she wants

Puts EVERYTHING in her mouth

LOVES her bath

Wears 6 month clothes

Finally moved too a size 2 diaper

Loves to go swimming

Is so cuddly and leans into you for hugs and kisses

Is a major daddy's girls

LOVES to grab our hair, she is very strong

Has the bluest eyes

Just about outgrown the kitchen sink tubby so we will be moving her to the bathtub

She is a champ at running errands

Can sit up with support

Is the cutest little snuggle bug EVER!!

 

 

 

Swimming

These 2 LOVE too SWIM!!  They ask everyday, and they spend hours outside before I have to make them come inside.  There is nothing better than summertime and water.  I LOVE that my kiddos love the water!!  If only they didn't have such translucent skin, it just doesn't mix to well with 95+ degree weather.  Aspen is kinda funny though and only likes to walk in and get her toes wet, she has a complete melt down if her face gets wet.  Koriann on the other hand puts her head in face 1st every time.  I am really loving the age of these 2 right now.  We are in a very good place.
