The ESCAPEE!!

I wish I had the courage of a child!!

She hasn't a clue that this "outfit" isn't acceptable and I want her to have this type of freedom. How you make our day brighter kiddo!!

Koriann doesn't care what time of day it is or what she has on, when she wants to go outside she wants out now!! I really like in ways that she is self sufficient and can do things on her own, but sometimes its the pits. Like when she open the doors and locks and just goes outside when I am trying to feed Aspen, or when it's 5 am and Zeke is heading out the door and Koriann wants to "go with daddy!"

This particular evening Koriann had enough and just wanted to be outside after dinner, mostly because she saw her dad outside. It was freaking hilarious!! I told her she needed to put clothes on and she asked "Why?", I told her cause we don't go outside without clothes, she said "well maybe people should start doing it!" I about died and she ran out the door in her undies and cowgirl boots. We LOVE her so much and she cracks us up everyday!!

Riding Lessons!!

Aspen has her first lesson on riding a horse this past week. I guess her dad figured it was high time she learn how to do it. It was so hilarious to watch Aspen and Zeke together. Zeke had to insist that she only get on her horse from left side, she wasn't about to be like a Navajo. So now she only gets on from the left and just rock that little pony to death. She gives the biggest smiles and hates when she starts sliding off. We LOVE our little COWGIRLS and the joy that they bring us. I am so grateful that Zeke loves showing them the things that he finds so important to him and teaches them correctly. Zeke wants his little girls to be just like him and have the same opportunities and experiences he did growing up and so he says he is just giving them the right foundation to start down that path. I say go for it, I think he gets frustrated with the girls when they loose there interest, Koriann is especially this way. Zeke was trying to teach her how to rope, this in it's self is a whole other post coming soon. But I am grateful for Zeke and that he shows an interest in his children's lives.

Spring has arrived!!!

Koriann doesn't like it when someone else pushes her SISTER!! She thinks she is the only one who should do it.

We are LOVING this nice warm spring weather. Koriann is so much happier to be outside and playing in the dirt. Aspen is also a fan of the outdoors, if she is grumpy all I have to do is take her outside and she is happy as a clam. We had to get another toddler swing now that we have both the girls, but it is so great. They LOVE to be in them and the higher the better is Korianns' motto. Koriann likes it the best when her dad pushes and spins her in the swing, it gives mom a good scare, but at least she is buckled in. Koriann LOVES to push Aspen and is so sweet and gentle when she is doing it. I am so thankful that our girls love to be outdoors, cause we would go crazy other wise!! Koriann was on break from school this last week and so we played outside and worked in the yard from sunup to sundown, the girls just loved every minute of it. We can't wait till it's warm enough to go swimming with them, it's is going to be so much fun with 2 little girlies!!

Aspen 10 Months!!

Aspen just seems to be getting older, and it breaks my heart everyday!! Oh how we LOVE this girl oh so much. I LOVE the stage that she is at right now, PLEASE STOP GROWING!!!

Dinosaur Musuem

We went to see the dinosaurs in Vernal and had such a good time. Koriann LOVED everything about it. Aspen LOVED the movie part at the first, with the huge big screen. They have so many neat and cool things there for kids to do. We go all time to get out on weekends and just to let Koriann run around. This weekend grandma and grandpa Tucker came and went with us. Koriann was in heaven, she loves to be around her grandpa Tucker.

Aspen was as good as ever and just went with the flow!

This is Koriann's new thing to do at bath time. She loves her dinosaurs and is very particular about them. It was quite hilarious because she had to line them up just right and them grab them by there head and pretend to eat them. I have know idea where she learned that one.

She is good eater. I wish Koriann would eat as well as Aspen. If Koriann doesn't like something on her plate she will just push it over onto Aspen high chair.

We finally had to cut her off and was she ever MAD!!!

Aspen LOVES meat, especially BEEF!! She has no preference to how it's cooked just as long as she can have some. I wasn't to sure the 1st time we gave her some but she loved it and eats every single bite every time we give it too her.
